We would rather give you one address that works than four that route to the same inbox and imply a department that does not exist. Put the subject in the subject line and it gets to the right place.
Subjects
What we can help with
- General support. How the diagnostic works, what is free and what is paid, which route matches the assessment named in your invitation.
- Access or billing. Paid for access and cannot see it, or something went wrong during a purchase. Email from the address you used and include any order or receipt reference.
- Refunds. Within 30 days of purchase you can ask for your money back. The refund policy sets out exactly what to send.
- Editorial corrections. An answer you believe is wrong, an explanation that does not hold up, or a claim about a provider’s test that no longer matches their documentation. The corrections policy explains what happens next.
- Privacy requests. Any request about personal data, including a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion. Put Privacy in the subject line. The privacy policy explains what Cognivy does and does not collect.
- Anything else. Including telling us the site is wrong about something on this page.
Practical
How to get a faster answer
Every message is read, and a reply comes as soon as we can get to it. Cognivy is a small operation and does not promise a response time it cannot hold to, so it does not advertise one.
What makes a reply quicker and better:
- Email from the address on your purchase, where the question is about access or billing.
- Include the page address you are looking at. For a question, say which one and what you chose.
- Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Attach a screenshot when something looks wrong rather than reads wrong.
The instructions attached to your own assessment are authoritative for your sitting, and they beat anything on this site. If those instructions contradict a Cognivy page, send them to us. That is a correction we want.
Deliberate
Why there is no contact form
A contact form needs somewhere to send the message. Cognivy has no form-handling backend today, and a form that silently fails is worse than no form at all. When there is a working one, it will appear here and this section will say so.
Emailing also means you keep a copy of what you sent, which matters for a refund request or a privacy request.
