A Talogy assessment is not one universal test. Useful preparation begins with the exact Logiks name and level in your invitation, then follows only the verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning tracks inside that assessment.

What is a Talogy assessment test?
Talogy provides cognitive ability tests, personality questionnaires and broader assessment solutions for recruitment and development. Logiks is its cognitive ability family, measuring general ability or a specific verbal, numerical or abstract ability.
Candidates use Talogy assessment, Talogy test and Talogy aptitude test for different parts of this portfolio. The most useful phrase is the complete product name in your invitation because that name determines the question types, level and timing you should practise.
The legacy name still matters
Is Cubiks now Talogy?
Talogy acquired Cubiks in 2019 and unified Cubiks with its other acquired talent businesses under the Talogy identity in 2022. Logiks remains a current Talogy assessment, while older invitations, candidate materials and platform addresses can still contain the Cubiks name.
A Cubiks test, Cubiks online test or Cubiks Logiks test can therefore lead to the same preparation route. Cognivy keeps both provider names visible, but uses Talogy as the current provider and Logiks as the assessment family.

Which Talogy or Cubiks test is named in your invitation?
Copy the full name rather than choosing from the provider alone. General assessments combine three skills, while the standalone Advanced tests require one focused preparation route.
- Logiks General (Intermediate): verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning in a rapid combined test.
- Logiks General (Advanced): harder verbal, numerical and abstract questions with longer section timings.
- Logiks Verbal (Advanced): a standalone written-reasoning assessment.
- Logiks Numerical (Advanced): a standalone data and calculation assessment.
- Logiks Abstract (Advanced): a standalone non-verbal reasoning assessment.
Choose “I am not sure” in setup. Cognivy will start with all three cognitive tracks without pretending to know your level. Confirm the exact assessment before the final timed mock test.

Is Logiks an aptitude test or a psychometric assessment?
Both descriptions can be accurate at different levels. Psychometric assessment is the broad category. Logiks is a cognitive ability or aptitude test within that category, designed to measure reasoning, problem solving and how effectively a candidate works with unfamiliar information.
P.A.P.I. is different: it is a personality questionnaire rather than a Logiks ability test. PAPI, PAPI 3, PAPI 3N, Talogy Factors and other personality or behavioural products are not included in Cognivy's cognitive launch package.

What is the Logiks General Intermediate test?
Logiks General Intermediate contains 50 questions in 12 minutes. Its three separately timed sections are Verbal, 24 questions in four minutes; Numerical, 16 questions in four minutes; and Abstract, 10 questions in four minutes.
This is a speed-heavy general ability test. Verbal tasks use concise language and relationships, numerical tasks reward rapid arithmetic and comparison, and abstract tasks use visual patterns. Learn the three methods separately before combining them under the official section limits.

What is the Logiks General Advanced test?
Logiks General Advanced contains 30 questions in 20 minutes. The Verbal section has 12 questions in eight minutes, Numerical has eight questions in eight minutes, and Abstract has 10 questions in four minutes.
Advanced provides more time per item than Intermediate, but the verbal evidence and numerical data are more complex. The abstract section keeps the same ten-question, four-minute pressure. Do not use an Intermediate mock test as a substitute when Advanced is named in the invitation.

What are the Logiks Verbal, Numerical and Abstract tests?
Talogy also offers standalone Advanced assessments. Logiks Verbal has 36 questions in 25 minutes, Logiks Numerical has 20 questions in 25 minutes, and Logiks Abstract has 30 questions in 15 minutes. These routes provide a deeper measure of one ability than the corresponding General section.
Select the standalone name when it appears in your invitation. The diagnostic and roadmap will then contain only that skill family, while the full Cognivy package remains available if another test is added later.
